Answer both questions.

Discuss the various log files found on a Linux system. How often do you feel you would check these files, and how vigilant do you think you would be about the process? Outline some of the reasons why an administrator might tend to ignore these files.
Explain the concept of locking a user account, and why an administrator might choose to do this for users who may be temporarily leaving a company for vacation, sabbatical, maternity leave, and so forth.
