sec accredited investor

i need a PPT about sec accredited investor, 6-8 slide. PPT should including three parts:

first part is current definition of what the sec accredited investor is.

Seconded part is proposal to change who is the accredited investor.

Third parts is how investment option differ for someone who is in accredited investor form someone is not.
