The way that I look at this is that when programming you must take in to confederation the users knowledge of coding. Also, your knowledge of programming and what the purpose of the program and how easily you can fix errors in the code its self. If you write a code at doesn’t interacts with the user, then what is the code designed to do. Or you use language that another person doesn’t know you could cause problems with them interacting with the code. If you are writing the code for someone else to use and it doesn’t work, then you will be spending more time and money to fix said code.
